Who do you provide postpartum services for?

I am happy to assist any families within Onondaga County and adjoining counties. Whether you have a partner or are a single parent, you have had a singleton or multiple pregnancy, you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and/or have cultural traditions or beliefs you hold dear,

I am here to support you.

How long do you typically work with a family?

The answer is that it varies.  The postpartum transition is at its most challenging in the first six to twelve weeks; I typically work within that timeframe.  I am here to support you in your new family life, so my goal is to make it so that my role in your life becomes unnecessary.  If you have continuing needs beyond our time together, I will ensure that you are connected with resources that can provide continuing support.

How will hiring you affect the role of my partner, or my family members?

I am here to support you, your partner, and your caregivers in their roles within your family, not to disrupt those interactions in any way.  I check-in weekly with my clients, including partners and family caregivers, to see how I can best support them in their roles and address any questions and/or concerns that may arise.
